If you want to improve your fitness but shudder at the thought of joining a gym, Healthwise's Group Fitness is the answer. Train outside in the fresh air and actually enjoy getting fit. Healthwise can run boot camps and classes in the majority of locations across NZ, so if you'd like us to organise one if your area, simply get in touch and let us know

We cater for all fitness levels in our boot camps. It doesn’t matter if you’re completely new fitness or if you’ve been training for years. We’ll make you fitter and stronger so that you can improve your energy and confidence levels. What's more, because our sessions are run by qualified personal trainers, you can receive nutritional advice, training plans and general advice to improve your health and well being.

Tuesdays and Fridays: 12.45pm - 1.15pm - Touch Rugby - Vic Park FREE
